Electrical machines is one of the important subjects and easiest subjects where you can score marks in the GENCO exam. In 2015 paper there are a good number of questions from this subject. You can score high if you read only small topic.

Please do not commit mistake by reading the old book which do not consist of the objective questions. Take the latest version read the topics and try the objective questions on its back.
Read the topics as it is mentioned in the syllabus and better prepare the formulas of speed, frequency and other simple formulas and try for simple problems without using the calculator. Always remember the units which will also be questioned.
